Myelin Sheath= Insulated covering (fatty protein) over axon of somes nerves....
Nerves that are MYELINATED (prevent charge loss)
So if nerves are nonmyelinated, they got no cover up and are EXPOSED to charge losses
Without this myelin sheath y'all could lose a charge and yo cells won't regenerate which means damage is FOREVER (and ever)
Your white matter is a goodie goodie b/c it has myelin sheath but your grey matter in your brain and spinal cord likes to live dangerously as it got no myelin sheath
